1. Introduction

BELG SERVICES is an intermediary platform connecting clients, workers, and companies. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Role

BELG SERVICES does not provide services directly. All services are performed by independent workers or registered companies. The platform manages communication, booking, payments, and security.

3. Commission System

• Clients pay a 5% commission after the job is completed.
• Workers pay a 5% commission deducted after job completion.
• Companies do not pay commission; they use subscription plans.
• Commission is non-refundable once the service is completed.

4. Company Subscription Plans

• Basic Plan: 19€/month — normal visibility.
• Advanced Plan: 39€/month — top pages + 15 days ads.
• Premium Plan: 79€/month — homepage + 30 days ads + support.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Referral System

• Clients & Workers: every 10 users registered with your code → 15 days with 0% commission.
• Companies: 5 companies or 20 users registered with your code → 15 days free ads.
Abuse of referral codes may result in account suspension.

6. Payment Rules

• All payments must be made inside the platform.
• Exchanging money outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
• BELG SERVICES may freeze accounts suspected of bypassing payments.
• Payment information is encrypted and processed securely.

7. Contact Information Restrictions

• Exchanging phone numbers, addresses, emails, or external links is prohibited before payment.
• The platform automatically blocks messages containing contact information.
• Contact details are unlocked only after payment is confirmed.
• Attempting to bypass this system may result in account suspension.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Respect other users.
• Do not attempt fraud or bypass platform rules.
• Report suspicious activity immediately.

9. Worker Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and complete the job professionally.
• Do not request direct payment from clients.
• Do not exchange contact information before payment.
• Maintain a high rating to stay active on the platform.

10. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job details and address.
• Pay through the platform only.
• Confirm job completion honestly.
• Do not request direct contact before payment.

11. Company Responsibilities

• Maintain valid business registration.
• Pay subscription fees on time.
• Do not attempt to bypass the platform.
• Respect advertising rules and visibility periods.

12. Account Suspension

BELG SERVICES may suspend or terminate accounts involved in: fraud, harassment, bypassing payments, sharing contact information before payment, or violating platform rules.

13. Liability

BELG SERVICES is not responsible for damages caused by workers or companies. The platform only facilitates communication and payments.

14. Updates to Terms

BELG SERVICES may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
